The house, built in 2009, is distributed over three levels.
The main floor opens onto a spacious and bright entrance hall that extends to the ceiling. A large living room with a gas fireplace and a cozy, separate dining room open onto a pleasant covered porch and the garden. The dining room connects to the kitchen, which is spacious, comfortable, and modern, and has access to the side of the garden.
