The Encinar de los Reyes residential area is 10 km from the centre of the city of Madrid and adjoins the well-known La Moraleja residential area to the north.

This is considered to be one of the most exclusive areas of Madrid and is very close to Madrid Airport, which is just 12 km away.

The properties in this area comprise:

  • - Large residential estates containing blocks of a maximum of 3 floors of flats of between 100 and 200 m2, with private security services, swimming pools, tennis and paddle courts and children’s playgrounds.
  • - Large estates of semi-detached and terraced houses of between 200 and 400 m2, with private security services, tennis and paddle courts and children’s playgrounds.
  • - Semi-detached houses of approximately 400 m2 with gardens of up to 100 m2 with private pool.
  • - Detached houses of approximately 600 m2 on plots of up to 800 m2, many of which give onto the golf course.

There is one school in Encinar de los Reyes but in La Moraleja, less than 2 km away, there are more than 17 Spanish and international schools.
