The house is distributed in several very generous half floors that give a lot of movement to the house.

Entrance floor: . You enter the house to a hall that presents a living room in several environments adjacent to a living room of about 50 m2 and on the other side to a dining room for 12 people. On the south front there is a glazed porch surrounded by vegetation, another porch where the swimming pool is located and on the east front there is a porch ideal for summer dining. On this same floor the kitchen with a washing and ironing area next to pantry and drying area. On this floor is located a guest toilet and from the hall starts the staircase to the upper area. 

On the upper half floor, there is a bedroom of 25 m2 with bathroom.

On another upper half floor, there is a bedroom suite and the master suite with dressing room and bathroom. Originally the house had four family bedrooms but now it has been reduced to three as the master suite has a large dressing room. 

On a lower half floor, there is a large office of about 50 m2.
