La Moraleja is the most exclusive residential area in Madrid, located to the northeast of the capital and only 12 km from the city centre or Madrid Airport.

Bordered to the south by Encinar de los Reyes and to the north by Soto de la Moraleja, both of these areas are similar but with different types of property.
